How to create a pattern?
Create your personalized pattern on the support of your choice:

What is the best printing resolution ?
For the quality of your file to printing, we print in 300 dpi. Beyond, the file will be heavier, but will not increase in quality.
A minimum of 150 dpi is recommended for a quality and professional printing.
We can still print in 72 dpi (standard web quality) without problem, if you do not have a better quality.
What scale will my image be?
The size of the image will not be modified once it in our possession. It will be printed on a scale 1/1 only, so it is necessary to check your front file sends to be certain that the size corresponds to your needs.
Which colorimetric mode should I choose?
We accept CMYK and RGB colorimetric modes, however, we advise us to send us your files in format RGB.
The RGB has a widest and more vibrant color range than CMYK.
The most important thing is to incorporate an ICC color profile to your file to transcribe the colors on your impression.
RGB profiles are also accepted.
Nevertheless, we recommend that you create your images to work in Adobe RGB 1998 to have a widest possible color palette. It is a very efficient and free color profile for all.
What is the maximum size of a file?
We accept maximum 150 MB files. As a comparison, a 720p DVD of an hour, weighs on average 850 MB.
It is necessary to flatten your image before sending if you encounter difficulties to pass below the 150 MB bar.
What format for my file?
We recommend 4 types of formats:
- JPEG (high resolution of 300 dpi recommended)
- TIFF (LZW compression needed during recording)
- PNG (recommended for theDTF printing)
- PDF (Predefined Adobe PDF parameter [PDF/X-4:2008] necessary during registration)
What are the maximum printing dimensions?
The maximum width is that of the print medium itself which is 1600 cm. However, our fabrics do not all have the same laizes. Refer to our Material Guide, to know all the widths.
Do I have to add margins around my design if I want space to cut fabric or border?
The printer always adds a white border by default around a coupon, but it remains fine (less than 1cm). That's why we advise you to Always add a margin additional to the dimensions of your fabric.
Are there any risk of discoloration?
A slight discoloration can occur during washing or intensive use of a fabric. In addition, if the printed fabric stays in the sun for a long time, it is possible for it to be discolored. The ink we use is not anti-UV.
Does my fabric shrink during the printing process?
The risks are very high according to the subjects, between 1 and 4% per meter.

Is it possible that I see color variations between my commands?
Yes, that may be due to two reasons:
- If the printing textile media is not the same: the ink does not deposit in the same way on the fiber, although it is the same pattern. The same pattern will be able to make the same color rendering according to the tissues.
- If the colorimetry mode is not the same: a color mode and a color profile must be applied for any file sending. Remember to always apply the same settings. In which case the colors will be necessarily different.
We recommend always ordering a sample of your personalised fabric before you place your order.
We do not keep the files.
Is the printing technique ecological?
Yes, our printing process is environmentally friendly. This on-demand printing system allows us to avoid surplus stock. In addition, the ink used when printing is certified Oeko-tex® Standard 100 CQ 1296/1 IFTH.
How to check my file before sending?
1. Check the recording settings
- Check that your file is actually size
- Check that your file at a resolution greater than 150 dpi (300DPI recommended)
- Verify that your file is saved in: JPEG, TIFF or PDF (with vectorized fonts for a job on Illustrator)
- Check that your file has an ICC color profile
- Check that your motive is free of rights
