1. Tips for your design: creating my custom fabric

What characteristics should my file have? (size, resolution, format)
The file must be finalized, with no changes to be made.

It must be full size and 300 DPI resolution in TIFF or JPEG format (or PNG for DTF printing).

RGB colour mode is strongly recommended.

Fonts must be vectorised, embedded or converted to images.

An ICC colour profile must be assigned to your file.

How will my design be printed?
The design is duplicated at actual size. This means that it is copied one after the other in the desired width and length.

This is why if your design is an "all over" repeat design, the repeat must be perfect (and of course it must have been tested beforehand). Otherwise, there will be a shift or lines appearing on the printed design.

Why order a sample?
Ordering a custom fabric sample will allow you to be sure of the elements that make up your file and the fabric:

A printed design with the desired dimensions and colours
An error on the original file
The quality of the fabric chosen
There may be a slight difference between the file visible on the computer screen and the one printed. The colour may also vary depending on the fabric chosen for printing.

Some fabrics will bring out the colours and others will absorb them.

Order your 50cm fabric sample directly from the product sheet of your chosen fabric.

What fabrics can be used for custom printing?
We mainly print on cotton and polyester fabrics.

Find below all our materials, their characteristics, width and weight.

2. Product information: fabrics, certifications

What fabrics do we offer?
Find our material guide here.

Why choose polyester?
Polyester is a very advantageous fabric. It allows for better fixing and colour retention, which is good for digital printing on fabric.

Furthermore, for clothing fabrics, it allows for fine, soft, light and resistant fabrics. Moreover, it is easy to dry.

This material is also easy to care for and wrinkles little. Washing at 30° is ideal so that the fibres do not stretch.

Why choose cotton?
Cotton is a natural material that can be used for clothing and furnishing projects. Printing on cotton fabric is a "live" technique. It offers a bright and colourful printing result.

Depending on the weight of the cotton fabric, you can make shirts, bags, cushions, curtains, bed linen...

What are the different certifications of the fabrics?
All our fabrics are printed in France, directly in our premises. The making up is also done in FRANCE, on estimate.

The inks are OEKO-TEX® certified for printing on polyester fabric, and GOTS certified for direct printing on cotton fabric.

Some of our fabrics are also OEKO-TEX® certified (fleece, terry cloth, burlington, cotton poplin, cotton voile, cotton canvas, velvet...).

3. Services: sewing, design, creation

I need help with sewing
We only sell raw fabric, so no finished product. We advise you to contact a graphic designer for your project. However, you can contact us at +33 04 22 59 06 36 or by email at [email protected] to find the best solution together for your project.

I need help to draw my designs
As explained above, we ask that the design is finalized and not altered by us. We do not check the patterns or the accuracy of the repeats. As soon as we receive your file, we transfer it to the printer as is and without any modification.

Therefore, we advise you to order a sample to check

The colours of your design
The size of your design

The fabric chosen for your design

4. Tips and tutorials: preparing my file

How do I check for repeated defects in my design?
There is a tool available to you in Photoshop to check this: open your design and use it as a pattern via the "Edit" tab. Then double click on your layer to access its effects. Do "Pattern Overlay", you will then see a preview of your repeated pattern. If lines appear on the design, it is because it is not repeatable, so these lines will appear when printed on the fabric.

Open your design in Photoshop
Click on the "View" tab
Click on "Design preview".
How do I save my image file in RGB format?
On Photoshop via the "Image" tab, then "Mode" and finally "RGB Colours".

If you don't have Photoshop, there are online conversion websites.

5. My orders

How do I track my order?
